History & versioning of a process in Braineet

Every time someone saves or publishes a modification of a process, Braineet automatically saves a new version of it.

At any time, you can review the modifications and rollback to a previous version.

Read a previous version of the process

To access a previous version of the process, navigate to the desired process and click the "Versions history" button. This will grant you access to all versions of the selected process.

By clicking on the version of your choice, you will have access to it.

Restore a previous version of the process

When you are on a previous version, you can click on the Restore button located at the right of the process title. The restored version will become the latest one but it will not be published until you click on the Publish button.
