Maturity Tags in Braineet

What is a maturity tag?

Maturity tags can be attached to each step of the process to change the value of the "Maturity Tag" field in the project. This feature helps you track the progress of your process, even if you have multiple steps in the same phase. For example, if your project is in the MVP phase, you may have a step to define the MVP and another one to develop it. Both steps can use the "MVP" tag as a maturity level.

Create a maturity tag

You can create a step directly from the step of the process builder or from the processes list by clicking on the Maturity tags button.

Next, from the modal “Manage Maturity Tags”, you can select the color and name of your maturity tag, and then click the "Create" button.

Edit a maturity tag

You can edit the maturity tag by hovering over it and clicking on the edit icon, either from the "Manage Maturity Tags" modal or directly from the process builder.

Delete a maturity tag

You can delete the maturity tag by hovering over it and clicking on the trash icon, either from the "Manage Maturity Tags" modal or directly from the process builder.

Add a maturity tag to a step

On the process builder, you can assign a maturity tag to a step by clicking on the tag or create a new one by clicking on "Create a new maturity tag".

Remove a maturity tag from a step

To remove a maturity tag from a specific step, click on the cross icon of the maturity tag field.
